In collaboration with the owners, we will manage the recruitment and hiring process, as well as provide extensive leadership training for the team. 

Gradual transition to coaching sessions with owners—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—to monitor operations, key performance indicators (KPI’s), and business benchmarks. Provide additional training as needed. This is a transition and phase out period.
