Our Process
Assessment/Intake:
A comprehensive evaluation of both established and new practices.
Proposal:
Collaborative meetings with physicians/owners will be held to refine and finalize the master proposal agreed by both parties. Commitment to a 6 or 12-month contract with a 30-day notice period necessary for termination by either party. The option to extend the contract is available at any time.
Execution:
Implementation and execution of the agreed-upon proposal over a 12-week period. On-site presence to streamline all operational and sales processes, ensuring the adoption of best practices. The option to extend it at any time.
Training:
In collaboration with the owners, we will manage the recruitment and hiring process, as well as provide extensive leadership training for the team.
Coaching & Consulting:
Gradual transition to coaching sessions with owners—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—to monitor operations, key point indicators (KPI’s), and business benchmarks. Provide additional training as needed. This is a transition and phase out period.
Referrals:
